What Are Human Rights ?

Human Rights are the basic rights and freedoms that belong to every individual simply because they are human. These rights ensure that all people are treated with dignity, equality, and respect, regardless of their nationality, religion, caste, gender, or background. Human rights include the right to life, liberty, education, health, freedom of expression, and protection from abuse, exploitation, and discrimination. They are universal, inalienable, and guaranteed by national constitutions like the Constitution of India, as well as international agreements such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). Upholding human rights is essential to building a just, peaceful, and inclusive society where every individual has the opportunity to live with freedom and dignity.

Legal Aid & Advocacy

We provide free legal assistance to individuals who are victims of injustice, abuse, or denial of rights—especially from marginalized communities. Our team conducts legal awareness camps, helps file RTI applications, petitions, and human rights complaints, and advocates for justice in courts and institutions.
